Shipping Costs

We ship within Canada only through Stallion Express. Shipping prices vary by destination and selected service. Checkout shows available rates and your order total in CAD before payment. Free local delivery is not currently offered.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Within Canada: estimated transit times are shown with the available shipping services at checkout. Estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Unused Condition

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Unaltered Packaging

All original packaging, tags, and dust bags must be intact and unaltered.

30-Day Window

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Securely package the item with all original materials
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
